VisConsole Help & Documentation
Welcome to Effortless App Store Content Management
1. Welcome to VisConsole
What VisConsole Is For
VisConsole helps you manage App Store & Play Store content — without building binaries.
- Manage and translate store metadata & screenshots
- Sync safely with App Store Connect and Google Play
- You keep full control of app binaries and versions
- AI-Powered One-Click Translation
All without opening Xcode or Android Studio.
What VisConsole Does Not Do (Important)
VisConsole does not:
- Create new apps on the App Store or Google Play
- Create new store versions
- Upload binaries or AAB/IPA files
Instead, VisConsole works on top of existing apps and versions that already exist in the store. Think of it as a content control center, not a build tool.
Built for Localization at Scale
VisConsole is designed for teams and solo developers who need to:
- Translate metadata into multiple languages
- Iterate store content quickly
- Release one language at a time or all at once
- Keep a clean, auditable workflow
✨ One draft → multiple languages → one-click upload
2. Core Concepts
Understanding these concepts will make everything else intuitive.
Store Version (Read-Only)
A Store Version is:
- Imported directly from App Store Connect or Google Play
- A read-only snapshot of what already exists on the store
Safety Guarantee: Deleting a Store Version inside VisConsole ❌ does NOT delete anything on the real store. It only removes the local reference. You can safely re-import it anytime.
Draft Release (Your Workspace)
A Draft Release is a local, editable copy of a Store Version where all edits happen.
You can modify metadata, replace screenshots, add or refine translations experiment freely.
🛡️ Nothing is uploaded until you explicitly click “Upload”.
Upload = Explicit Action
VisConsole follows a safe-by-default model:
| Action | Affects Store? |
|---|---|
| Edit Draft | ❌ No |
| Delete Draft | ❌ No |
| Delete Store Version (local) | ❌ No |
| Upload Draft | ✅ Yes |

- Convert Android strings.xml into multiple languages in no time
6. Import & Export (Data Portability)
You can backup your entire workspace or move it to another machine.
Export Bundle (⌘E)
Creates a single file containing your Apps and Translation Agent configurations. Note: Store Account credentials are not included for security.
Import Bundle (⌘I)
Restores data from an exported bundle with smart conflict resolution.
7. Final Thought
VisConsole is built for speed without risk, localization without chaos, and professional store management without build tools. If you can manage files and text, you can manage your entire store presence.
